Because it was a football stadium, we could not start the project until after the season was complete in 2013, and all of the work had to be completed before the next football season began in 2014.

Our scope of work included all the plumbing and HVAC. The multi-story nature of the project meant this was a difficult structure to build. Plus, construction delay issues due to weather problems created major scheduling challenges for the entire project.

QuesTec worked more than 1,000 hours of overtime during the summer to keep the project on schedule. The stadium was completed in August 2014, just in time for the first football game of the season.
